The following are the Terms of Service for Castle Doombad: Free to Slay (“App”), a mobile game developed and published by Grumpyface Studios LLC (“Grumpyface,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. Use of the App

The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose;

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App;

  • Use cheats, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools;

  • Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Ads

The App includes optional in-app purchases (such as virtual currency or items) and optional ad-based rewards.

  • Purchases are final, non-refundable, and have no real-world monetary value.

  • Watching ads is optional and may grant in-game bonuses.

  • You can manage or disable purchases through your device settings.

4. Ownership

All content in the App is owned by Grumpyface or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes only.

5. User Content

If you create or submit content (such as usernames or high scores), you grant Grumpyface a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, especially if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or abusive manner.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Grumpyface disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Updates to Terms
